Non Refundable Rates
Non refundable rates require 100% pre-payment by the booking time. In case of cancelation, change of date or no show, the deposit will not be refunded.
Flexible Rates
Flexible rates have a free cancellation policy up to 2 days prior the arrival date (48h). In less than 2 days, first night penalty will be charged. In case of no show or early departure, 100% stay will be charged. In the event of no show or early departure, 100% of your stay will be charged to the credit card provided and will be non-refundable.
Credit Card
The credit card provided by the time of booking must be presented at check in time.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided and charge the first night 7 days prior to arrival. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Cots are free of charge for children up to 2 years.
Children up to 5 years can stay free of charge using the existing bed.
Price extra bed in room 30€ per night, not included in the reservation price.
Extra beds or cots under request are subject to availability. Maximum one extra cot or bed per room.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm.
Room rates include 10% VAT.
City tax of 1,32€ per person and night is not included on the rate. Tax is applicable for a maximum of 7 consecutive days. Up to 16 years old are excluded to pay the city tax. City tax will be paid at the moment of the check out.

The easiest and fastest way to make your purchase. To manage credit card charges on our website we use the virtual POS platform of Redsys.
Only secured credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. Secured cards are associated with security keys and, at the end of the payment, it is transferred to the bank's website, where these keys must be introduced. If you do not have a secure card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and passwords.
